Use your walk or run in the Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10K as motivation to help find new treatments and cures right here in Richmond!

REGISTER: After you register for the 10K, sign up to participate in the HDL, Inc. Massey Challenge. You can register as a team or an individual, and since there is no cost to participate in the Challenge, why not recruit family members and friends to participate with you. Remember, the 10K race registration fees do not benefit VCU Massey Cancer Center, so we need your support of the HDL, Inc. Massey Challenge.

RAISE: As you prepare for the race, raise much needed funds for Massey as we continue the fight against cancer. Our online system makes sending emails and receiving online donations easy, or you can be creative and raise money in fun and unique ways-it's up to you! Anyone who raises $100 or more will receive a Massey performance shirt to recognize their achievement and show support of Massey Cancer Center on race day.
